Sale Executive
Report to Senior Sales Manager
Key accountability
- Plan customer’s visit and sales target
- Visit and/or re-initiate contact with customers to follow up orders
- Present the new products and product launch plan to customers
- Prepare Sales Report
- Co-ordinate with other functions within the company such as Production Planning, Supply Chain, etc. for the readiness and availability of the products
- Handle the documents work relating to sales and order management
- Provide Sales Manager and senior management with useful information from market study (competitors’ products and pricing, promotional campaign) as well as feedback and/or suggestion from customers
- Promptly attend to customers’ requests or special requirement to help them resolve the problems, if necessary, raise the problem/issue to Sales Manager’s attention
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-year experiences with hotel channel
- Able to prepare and process sales relating documents, Sales Reports using company’s computerized system and/or Excel, Word files
- Target-oriented, high energy, positive attitude
- Presentable, self-initiative, good interpersonal skill
- Communicate well in English
